Young Professionals

Our ministry is divided in twofold:
1. Care connect
2. Development.

Care connect group of like-minded individuals with common interests - Professionals, entrepreneurs, unemployed graduates. Meet weekly online and once a month physically - to pray, share the word and testimonies,  advise ech other on handling challenges, and encourage each other.

To empower, equip, develop each other, network, refining our skills, share knowledge.

Development is about empowering, equipping, and refining one another. It calls for us to share knowledge, grow in our skills, and build strong networks that enable mutual upliftment. Through this process, we strive to create a prosperous people—whether in business, careers, or multiple streams of income—guided by wisdom, much like Solomon, who understood the value of prosperity with purpose.

Our vision is to raise multimillionaires who will occupy strategic sectors of the economy and take up meaningful roles in the means of production. At the same time, we are committed to cultivating righteous leaders who will hold influential positions and embody biblical values. Leadership is not only about those stepping into new roles but also about nurturing those who are already in positions of responsibility, encouraging them to serve with integrity. This ties into the broader goal of encouraging active citizenry among believers, reminding us that our faith is not to be hidden but lived out in every sphere of society.

Faith must be fully integrated into our professions and businesses, shaping us into Christ-centered professionals who live and work by biblical principles. Wherever we are, we are ambassadors of Christ, called to build a better world by reflecting His character. Scripture instructs us to “be imitators of God as beloved children” (Ephesians 5:1), and so we adopt a “What would Jesus do?” mentality. By living the Word, we become more like Christ in our professional and business endeavours, making Him our ultimate role model.

Excellence must also define our work, for everything we do is ultimately for Christ. As Colossians 3:23 reminds us, we are to work wholeheartedly as though serving the Lord, and in doing so, we must aim for the highest standards. To support this vision, we seek to build a network of professionals and skills within the church, creating easy access to help, support, and open doors of opportunity.

When individuals prosper, the church prospers, and when the church prospers, our souls prosper. This cycle of growth and development is rooted in Christ, ensuring that our collective success leads to spiritual and societal transformation.
